Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FlightServiceCenter website or services. By accessing our site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the FlightServiceCenter website or calling our agents, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and FlightServiceCenter.
2. Description of Service
FlightServiceCenter is an independent travel assistance service. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with any airline. Our agents assist customers in searching for and booking flights through airline reservation systems. We act as an intermediary between travelers and airlines or booking platforms.
- We do not operate or own any aircraft.
- We do not set or control airline fares or availability.
- All flight bookings are subject to the policies and terms of the respective airline.
- All airline names referenced are trademarks of their respective owners.
3. Service Fees
FlightServiceCenter may charge a service fee for booking assistance. All applicable service fees will be disclosed to you before any booking is confirmed. You are never charged a service fee without prior notification and your verbal or written consent.
Airline fares, taxes, and carrier fees are separate from our service fees and are set by the airlines. Please see our Fee Schedule for details.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information, including passenger names as they appear on government-issued ID.
- Review all booking details before confirming any reservation.
- Notify us promptly of any errors in your booking confirmation.
- Comply with all applicable airline rules, check-in requirements, and travel regulations.
- Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
5. No Guarantee of Prices or Availability
Flight prices and seat availability are subject to change at any time and are controlled by the airlines, not by FlightServiceCenter. We cannot guarantee that any quoted fare will remain available until your booking is confirmed. Prices quoted during a call are estimates until a booking is completed and confirmed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlightServiceCenter shall not be liable for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
- Loss of baggage or damage to property during travel
- Personal injury arising from air travel
- Changes in fare prices between quotation and booking confirmation
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the service fees paid to FlightServiceCenter for the transaction in question.
7. Intellectual Property
The FlightServiceCenter name, logo, website design, and original content are the intellectual property of FlightServiceCenter. Airline names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used solely for informational and identification purposes. No endorsement or affiliation is implied.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the airline's ticket rules and fare conditions. FlightServiceCenter will assist you in submitting cancellation or change requests, but we cannot guarantee refunds — those are issued at the airline's discretion.
- 24-Hour DOT Rule: For eligible domestic bookings made at least 7 days before departure, airlines are required to allow cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. We will inform you if this applies to your booking.
- Our Service Fee: FlightServiceCenter's service fee is generally non-refundable once a booking is completed. If we are unable to complete a requested booking, any service fee charged will be fully refunded.
- Airline-imposed change and cancellation fees are separate and set by the airline.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
