Our Service
FlightServiceCenter connects you with travel agents who help you find and book flights. We do not charge any service fees. The only costs you pay are the airline ticket prices, taxes, and any fees set by the airlines themselves.
Free to call, free to search, free to consult. There is no charge for speaking with our agents, exploring flight options, or getting travel advice.
What You Pay
When you book a flight through our agents, you pay only what the airline charges:
- Airline base fare — set by the airline, varies by route, date, and availability
- Taxes and government fees — required surcharges set by government authorities
- Carrier surcharges — fuel surcharges or other fees imposed by the airline
Prices are variable and depend on factors such as route, travel dates, cabin class, booking timing, and airline inventory. Your agent will provide you with the total price before you confirm any booking.
Flight Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a booking, the following airline-imposed fees may apply:
- Change fees: Set by the airline. Some airlines offer free changes on certain fare types; others charge a fee per change.
- Cancellation fees: Determined by the airline's fare rules for your ticket type.
- Fare differences: If your new flight costs more than the original, you will pay the difference in fare.
Our agents can assist you with changes and cancellations at no additional charge from us.
24-Hour Cancellation Rule
Under U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, airline tickets purchased for flights to or from the United States may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the booking was made at least 7 days before departure.
